The HVAC curriculum was changed so that a rudimentary math course was required as one of the general education courses. Naturally, I expressed an interest in testing out of it. The counselor made it sound like I could do that. I contacted a math instructor so I could get started with the test out procedure. The teacher said this math course is so new that the math department hasn't yet adopted a formal test out procedure. He said I could try contacting another instructor to see if I could use his final exam as a test out method. I did that earlier today. However, the last day to register for that course (or drop it for a refund) is tomorrow. There was only one seat left at the other campus, so I registered for it in case I can't test out of it (that will make me even busier). Hopefully the instructor will get back to me and let me use an improvised method so I can drop the course tomorrow instead of taking it every Thursday for several months!"}
