I can open a picture on my computer and tell you &quot;this is a picture of Pinkie Pie&quot;, but I can't sincerely tell you that the bytes of the file, open in notepad, are a picture of Pinkie. They only are Pinkie in the sense that my PNG decoder can interpret them as Pinkie."}
