Ever seen someone 18+ just screaming their head off in the middle of the floor in a crowded place with other people doing whatever it takes to get them calm? That's basically what my family's like a lot of the time when we take my brother out. It's really easy to comment on it (and believe me, I never liked it either) but it's not always something that can be helped. The worst thing you can do to that family is make them feel bad for having issues in public."}
