It will come back up. ANd, maybe even go above the mean. <br \/>Also, just because it has been going down again, does not mean it has been going down for a longer period of time than what is measured. I mean, you are saying it is going down, which is try, but I doubt that it is going down further and staying that way. It is not an unusual data point. In fact, I think it has been going down, but will follow teh pattern that has been followed and have a rise. It is very likely. It is almost near impossible that it won't."}
