Just a small majority of any party and generals behind closed doors will do that. It sorta does not help whether you're with a nationality that did something though. I mean, the Baby Boomer generation ( and perhaps most of Generation X ) still despise germany in their hearts, despise only like 5% of nazi germany's populus being nazi's. Point is that judgement is in the eye of the beholder. And I am pretty sure I could find some smut on Argentina's past if I read through a good book. But it would be uttermost silly to hold a grudge against someone because of what their country did. Or in reverse ... Still it's only natural to vilify your foes, and at this point I am pretty sure noone wants to go for tea with ISIS. Because everyone seems in agreeance that &quot;they are the bad guy&quot;.
