I do agree that there's zero excuse to cap a game's frame-rate ON PC. You know, consoles, whatever, if you can't optimize it enough to run at 60, whatever. However, there's no excuse to cap a game's frame-rate on PC. The 30-fps cap is ridiculous, 60-fps cap is understandable, but people with high-end PCs and high refresh-rate monitors are getting treated poorly for no reason."}
