When you are applying for a job ( white guy ) together with an African American guy, and what ends up happening is that they hire the African American guy based soley on his skin because the employer has a quota to fill. You would call that situation &quot;reverse racism&quot;. Even if on an individual level it's still &quot;normal racism&quot; ... Does that make sense ?"}
