THE ONE I USE!!!  The one with the interview and the same HDD error that caused it to go Pinkamina last time! which was RECENTLY. Thanks, geek squad.  I mean if it weren't for you jumping to conclusions and replacing things that don't need to be replaced, I'd have my old hard drive, my original fully functional laptop charger, my sanity, and all of the 50 MB of images, news stories and extras I had for episode 5 with me.  Not to mention your lack of customer service.  HURR DURR. WE FOUND WHAT MADE JUR COMPUTER STINKED.  WE GIBE NEW HARD DROVE.  WE NO FIX PROBLEM.  Ugh.  And that interview was supposed to air on the next damn broadcast.  I'm not sure what to do or feel.  Do I bring it back in to best buy so they can fondle my computer for 2 weeks without actually fixing the problem, or do I go to someone who cares?"}
