Users rarely spam, and that can be dealt with on a case by case (without the approval or support of 3 users furthering the impact of the spam by responding to it). Posts can be removed easily, accounts are more significant though in nature - and there really shouldn't be a need for that around these boards. A silence can suffice in most instances. Everything else you mentioned were server side changes, which would have to be worked into the system (which StatusNet is apparently not all that great to work with - or supportive). Again, if you want to write them up - go for it. Otherwise, don't expect much. You want IP filtering, post maintenance, third-party block features, etc, etc."}
