I replaced the power supply. I used a toothpick to reset to manufacturer settings. I disabled WIFI (using the dedicated button on the side). The only thing I didn't try was to rip it out and throw it out of the window. I called my ISP's hotline (Vodafone) and I'll get a replacement device in 3 to 5 work days...."}
