Yes, it's nice to say &quot;hey you look nice!&quot; but what if it makes someone feel uncomfortable? I'd personally err on the side of safety, but I feel like &quot;You look very nice in this picture&quot; is a lot less creepy than &quot;I WANT TO HAVE YOUR BABIES,&quot; which I've seen before. Or &quot;wow that shirt sure is being stretched!,&quot; which was said, in relation to someone's boobs fitting into a T-shirt. &gt;:("}
