Ive been there for over 3 years and have done nothing but work my grapes off. Maybe its because I dont have a degree, but I dont think that should matter too much. I was management at my last job so Ive got the experience. Maybe they just dont like me. I dont know. Once the holidays are over Im going to look for another job. If they wont promote me then their loss."}
