Apparently through some searching, they go into account and use the msp to buy &quot;gold pack\/bundles&quot; of Fifa 12 packs or something.  I guess you get the codes or something which they can sell on ebay without ever needing to reach the account itself which is why I never had to recover my account or anything."}
