I still need to do some tweaking to mine, I've been trying to get it so it looks good when I have to use a terminal with nothing higher than 256-colour support (such as when PuTTY-ing in from a Windows box), while still being pleasant to use. The only pre-built vim colour scheme (molokai) colorscheme I've liked so far breaks somewhat under that limitation (mostly that visual mode's selection colour is identical to the normal background).</html>
