The kids in Fallout are the most obnoxious thing ever, put there only to make you rage. A killable children mod is something you MUST have to play through that game. Also, I strongly believe that kids should only be protected if they do not show hostility or disrespect towards adults. You can't just insult something far more mightier than you and expect to leave unscathed.
