Only tips I can think of are: first, eliminate the spawner things - the extra squirts they produce will slow you down [i]significantly[/i]. Second, make sure to bring a fast ranged weapon (the fang repeater is good for this), since sometimes squirts will leave the area with floors. After that, it's just a matter of clearing the central area, and mopping up the stragglers (though it'll still likely take you a few tries to get it under the required time limit).
