I think that it's possible that 1.) the posters are being given out at checkout, 2.) the posters are somehow included in certain toy packages (though &quot;being given out with purchase of pony merchandise at my local Walmart&quot; doesn't seem to indicate as much), or 3.) they haven't received any of said posters or are out already.
