That basically says &quot;any IP can claim to be this domain&quot; (essentially, an SPF record purely for the sake of having one, rather than to actually verify anything - because some very strict mailservers will refuse to accept anything from a domain that has no SPF record at all), so that shouldn't be it. In that case, I dunno what the problem is, at least until it's investigated further.
