That was fun. In winter it was harsh because I would never warm up and just sprint around my neighborhood till I was just about to puke. It didn't help that I did that at 0630, but after I felt amazing. Its really tough to get started. How I started is whenever I wake up, instead of allowing my self to rest in bed, I would force my self to jump out, make bed and do things. Its tough, but you gotta force yourself to do things when you dont want to do them. Then again, I'm kinda rough with how I treat me. Its different for everyone, but thats the gist of how I did it</html>
