Just not as reliable as I'd like. Also, just the very fact that all ISPs can say, &quot;Well, you might get up to the speeds advertised, but no guarantee that you'll get a damn thing and no recourse if you get screwed&quot; makes me want to pull pieces of skin off of them, roll them in salt, then light them on fire.
