From his blurb, customs inspection is the cause. I blame Applejack. You can expect to see #<span class="tag"><a href="http://rainbowdash.net/tag/3" rel="tag">3</a></span> in the first week of February, and #<span class="tag"><a href="http://rainbowdash.net/tag/4" rel="tag">4</a></span> the first week of March.
