I do not think that the game itself has the precon you would like, so make your own. Take the skills and attributes you would use the most. For attributes I think I would recommend Intelligence ( more Magicka ) and Willpower or Speed ( Willpower will give you better Magicka regen and influences fatigue. Speed will influence your movement speed and jumping height )
