Got off of them, and was actually caffeine-free for a few years there. (Boy, did folks ever love to be around me for the weeks that I was detoxing from that. :p ) Those things seriously messed me up. Mochas have been much gentler on me. As for Alaska, hey, if it weren't so cold, winters there would be great! ;) But summer? Fuggeddaboudit. :p
