On graces you get titles for everything, like walking too much, talking to many npcs, spending/getting much money, watching many skills, Taking/causing much damage, Random sidequests, Using a skill a lot of times (usually, if i remember that right, when you use a skill 40 times you get the adepttitle, and when you use 400 time you get the master title) and so on
