You need a couple guys who know the terrain you're fighting on, and it'll allow you to take on a better equipped enemy with relative ease. Basically lay ambushes, place traps, and hit and run tactics. Fight in either urban or wild areas where there's a lot of cover to run once the enemy is aware of the attack.
