I know quite a few people who work in such places, and they love and enjoy their work. And for those looking at starting a career in catering of food mangment. It's actually one of the best places to start, sure it's not a resturant or a large family free house. But at the end of the day, it's what they would do. But on a faster scale. I would stick at it and keep a positive outlook. It's good work, infact any work is good work at this time.</html>
