The constitution is based off the American one. The problem is that idiots are entitled to vote just because they're born, and as a general rule there will always be more idiots than smart people. Being witty and inventive, &quot;viveza criolla&quot; is a trait for this country's population, much like the Finns and their &quot;Sisu&quot;, which makes it really weird because no matter how bad things are people get by and any crisis goes away in only a couple years; but also the politicians and anyone without morals is better at herding the cattle than their equals from other places. The viveza criolla also has a degree of lazyness and a desire for short term profit so much of the cattle votes whoever gives them a bribe.
