The first one is naturally occuring ( N-EMP ) which occurs when the magnetic sphere of the earth is being stretched out in 1 direction ( creating a dropplet looking sphere, including tail ) due to solar winds &amp;quot;playing&amp;quot; with our magnetic sphere, NASA created STEREO ( if memory serves me well ) to predict these sorts of things ( but mostly solar flares, which also do the same thing ) ... EMP occurs when the solar wind dies down and the tail of the dropplet slams back towards earth</html>
