Believe it or not, people using adblock to watch your videos doesn't hurt you any more than them <i>/not/</i> watching your videos would, because <u>you're not paying anything to host them yourself</u>. In fact it'd be more beneficial, because if they liked it they'll share it with their friends who may not be using adblock and then you get ad revenue that way.
