Just the people who are insane. Of course criminals are gonna get them anyways, but there are some cases-like that of the Virginia Tech shooting-where the shooter had little to no criminal history, yet should have been deemed mentally unfit to own a gun. The same thing goes for the Elliot Rodgers thing. If you obey the law and you're not mentally incapable of properly handling a gun, then gun control laws, for the most part, shouldn't affect you.</html>
