I had to do it for DS2, the best way IMO is to use Xpadder or a similar software to hard-bind keys to the controller buttons. Makes walking slowly impossible or really hard depending on settings, but it's otherwise flawless. You bind the keys to Xpadder as you want them, launch the game, load the save game, and then unplug and plug the controller again so the game doesn't recognize it but Xpadder does.</html>
