The police couldn't help, and the city officials neither at this point. All I can do is to nag constantly until something changes. I haven't slept well for a month because some idiot workers working for an idiot firm have to wake up a whole block with their machinery and slamming of doors and buckets. The sleep deprivation sucks all motivation, concentration and life out of me.
