From what I remember you have 4 stages of sleep ( and the stage called awake ) ... Stage 1 light sleep, stage 2 light sleep, stage 1 REM ( deep sleep ) and stage 2 REM ( Deeper sleep ? ) ... I spend most of my time in Stage 2 light sleep and jump straight to stage 2 REM sleep very briefly around 2 - 8 minutes around 10 to 25 times. I am what they called &amp;quot;a freak&amp;quot;... Sadly, I have the same problems you have on a thuesday and friday. Luckily I can offset this by quite a lot by going to bed early ( which might have something to do with playing GPS games in my free time on mon- and thursday, so I am nice and tired and craving for bed around 22:00 )</html>
