@zennx It's dependent on a lot of different factors, really. Animation is not my full time job, so I can't dedicate as much time to it as somebody who gets paid full-time to do it. From script to screen, and everything in between, a two minute animation could take anywhere from a couple of weeks to a couple of months, depending on how detailed the animation is (tweening vs frame by frame), how detailed the characters are, whether or not I opt to shade it, how long I have to wait for actors, how much time I can myself actually dedicate to it, etc.
