There's a lot of really nice episodes for that purpose, it really depends on who's watching it. Swarm of the Century is fun for a good bit of comedy, which Party of One shows that it isn't exactly all sunshine and rainbows. Dragonshy has a bit of an epic feel to it with Fluttershy being the main draw. It's tough to really just pick one episode.
