I started one with a few cousins and friends and it grew to be huge, then one of the other big guilds disbanded due to infighting and about half the people joined mine. I appointed a bunch of officials to run it while I was off because I was getting bored of the game, but being a thing I had started with my cousin I couldn't just give ownership over, and when I stopped getting on often they started fighting eachother over who'd be the new guildmaster.</html>
