You could take her to a movie or some other show, or just to a quiet, picturesque vista. Or rock climbing. Don't laugh! Haven't done a rock climbing date, myself -- I am deathly afraid of heights -- but I hear that it can be quite the bonding experience for couples, and all that excitement does get the heart pumping, and the adrenaline going. ;)
