I'm happy to see BBQ plans seem to be going in full force, I do have a question for you guys though. I bought a portable charcoal BBQ on Monday which I will be bringing, in addition to the two stands and fire pit that will be there. However do we have any experienced charcoal BBQ cooks out there? I think I'll be adequate but if somepony is experienced and wants to help out that would be great! Its a bit trickier than gas for sure. Just let me know
