It is so silent now that the fans are making the greatest noise. I'm so mad that I didn't do much earlier. To be honest the "ideal" board was recently released that fits into the existing enclosure and I got that. So my anger is very much no deal. I just could have had a significantly better sleep on some prints. A few times the motor noises made it hard to get to sleep and the printer and me were separated by two doors.
