I waited for the "big bang" before I give it to my landlord. The prime witness is sadly on vacation (good for her but I need her significant signature on this issue). At least I have some other adjacent-living neighbours who are also inconvenienced but not at my level. It also helped to wait because the noisy asocial neighbour left their stinking garbage for almost 6 days in front of their apartment door.
