Once I removed the CGI from it it shrank to just 9mb. I included it in the Flash file so that I could time it with the animation but I might need to rethink the way I do that because it made the file a pain in the ass to work in. Probably gonna start doing two renders - one low res, like 480p, for animation, and one full reds, 4K, for compositing.
