<html>Hmmmm.... New bicycle chain.... Changing took longer than I want to admit. I needed to shorten the chain and tried to re-insert the pin to connect both ends. The new chain came with its own special link to connect both ends. At the beginning I wanted to try without it but after one hour of an exhausting ordeal to align and push in the pin into the link, I gave up and used the special connection link. &lt;br /&gt;My old chain was borderline at the end of its lifespan and started to grind the sprockets. Now cycling is a little bit smoother and less noisy. Maybe I find some use for the old one for an interesting project.</html>
