It got stuck and refused to update at all since March of 2021. Because of this I rarely used my desktop PC as it would take 20 minutes to boot undoing the update installation and constantly nagging me to install the update. I had to use the Windows Media Creation Tool and "reinstall" Windows 10 from within Windows 10.
