A woman and her boyfriend were putting their bottles and cans into the machine and one can got "stuck". It probably moved on the conveyor belt such that the machine detected a fault. They were standing like idiots not knowing what to do. The can was pretty deep in the machine but the boyfriend had long enough arms to grab it himself. They even could call for help at the information desk just a few steps behind them. I offered my help and fixed their problem in half a second.
