My mum just walked in while I was drawing Twilight Sparkle. Since I'm sitting with my back to the wall, she didn't see what I was doing, but I decided to show her what I had made. So I said "Hey mom, look what I drew!" She looked at it, then said "... Why purple? Couldn't you have made it, I dunno, light blue?" (She really doesn't like purple and pink.) So I said "Sure, but then I'd have to draw Rainbow Dash instead." and showed her a picture of RD. Then we talked a little about how there were certain ponies from the show that are funnier to draw than to make up your own to draw (imho, of course). She said "I do find it kinda scary." But right before she left, she said "Actually, I don't find it scary. It's just funny to say." Conclusion: I love my mom.
