There are some though monsters in Tribunal, like the missing hand, Balnizar or wathever it's spelled, or Almalexia. Damn, i hated that woman, poor Sotha Sil. What's the point of knowing someone's bad, if you can´t kill him or her without ruining the main quest? Still the most dificult thing in all TES history were the Daggerfall dungeons. Why a simple thief has a 23km2 underground fortress? how does all the dungeons even fit under a single province?
