I normally do airchecks where you find lets say a commercial at 2:03 but we don't advertiser for that company anymore. Well I'll go in and find it then delete in off the air so and replace it will new commercial or I string it together so the radio just keeps playing music. Also they have me listen to other radio stations record want commercials they play (basically spying). I also to promotional event like hand out free stuff at concerts and do raffles.
