I'm thinking that the admins are the high gods, and the mods are heroes that have ascended to godhood for acts of great honor. The mods that no longer come around will have confined themselves to the outer plane, whilst the mods that are on often dwell in the middle plane, in between the mortal world and the realm of the gods. I will post more when I think of it.
