As far as I know, it's the only west-end store that actually sells the brushables (John Lewis/Peter Jones/etc only sell the fashion-ponies, playsets and Pinklestias). Also the demonstrations are always cool But it is ridiculously expensive. Their lego sets are almost twice the RRP!
