I worked for 6 months as per agreement to the school I used to go to at a helpdesk. That helpdesk turned out to be attached to one of the most money-hungry people in the midearly 2000 era as I was not alowed to say the company name unless asked. I needed to find out what product/problem they had before stating the name of one of the franchizes, then kiss butt if needed, and solve the problem &gt;_&lt;
